Hey There!

Most posts and things will be sent be from my phone. I’ll try to upload as much as I can but I’m busy so it might not be daily. As stated in my little bio excerpt, I’m new to the fitness junkie world. I’ll share what I know and try to motivate but feel free to help out or to offer me some kind words. I’ll post some pictures and workouts. None of the pictures, workouts or health tips are mine unless stated otherwise. I’m not a personal trainer, I try out loads of experiments with fitness on my own body. If you think it’ll work for you great, but my word isn’t law. We each know our own limit and what we should ask a professional about. For now, adiós.

    I respect those who are fitness junkies as I try, but am sure not at that level. I hope you enjoy the new blog.
